The ELC Quality Improvement (QI) Learning Exchange aims to build a community of practice which will work together to build learning on how to best improve outcomes during the early years using an evidence based QI approach. This will include consideration of best practice that can be spread.
Membership is open to anyone who is working in ELC in Scotland, however it may be of particular interest to those with a leadership role for improvement.
You will have an opportunity to connect with others to discuss what is working and how, using a professional learning community on Glow. This will be supported by a series of themed webinars where you will hear examples of how people are using QI to make improvements in their settings and consider what this means for you. The live webinars are being held on Webex and dates are provided below. Sessions are being recorded and shared through the community on Glow.
